Deciding who I would like to attract into my team beach body business is quite the exciting exercise.

When I began this journey into my online health and fitness coaching career, my husband and I were in DIRE STRAITS financially. We weren’t even living paycheck to paycheck; we were living in the RED. Not enough money to pay the bills and filing bankruptcy to help get rid of the credit card debt!

So, when I think about how bad things were, I think that this is ONE type of person I would like to have in my beachbody business because I know what it is like to live this way. It drove me to be the BEST I could be in reaching my health and fitness goals and helping others do the same. I knew that was the key to our success and I had to keep inviting, inviting, inviting tons of people per day to my challenge groups in order to reach my goals. If people said no, I just moved on to the next person ready to make a healthy lifestyle change.

This drive and determination is what I look for in a business partners. Some willing to do whatever it takes day in and day out to achieve their goals and not let anyone or anything get in their way. I am looking for someone willing to grow and learn with my mentorship and guidance. I literally did whatever my coach told me to do and I NEVER once questioned him. I knew that he was successful, so I followed his every step.

I was self motivated, being my own boss, I had to MAKE myself get up every day and work even with a 2 month old, 4 yr old at home, house to clean and beyond. I heard no and naysers tell me that it was a scam, a scheme, too expensive etc….but I did not listen to anything they said. I just moved on to the people who were open to listening. I followed the moves of the top coaches in the company. I reached out for guidance and mentoring. I asked my family to be patient with my hours on the computer and I kept trucking forward, no matter what.

The SECOND type of person we are looking for are couples who know what it is like to be successful, but are willing to try a different approach.  Maybe you or someone you know own their own business and know what it is like to have overhead like crazy and want to change that. Someone who wants to run a business with their partner. My husband ran an auto body company with his brother and father, but wasn’t really getting anywhere and quite aggravating dealing with customers, insurance companies and employees and more. So, we took his strengths with computer skills and creative ideas and partnered with my people skills and now run nljfitness together as a family. Our girls know what it means to be healthy and as a family we make this business work. We truly are a partnership, running a very successful online health and fitness coaching business.
